Reach Conta Simples through the channel you prefer:

Opening a technical ticket

The more complete the report, the faster the answer. Before opening the ticket, gather:

ItemWhere to find it
requestIdThe requestId field of the error response
Date and time of the callWith time zone, or as epoch
Method and routee.g. POST /suppliers/v1/suppliers
EnvironmentSandbox or Production
HTTP status and error bodyCopy the whole response
Credential API keyThe key only, never the secret

If the error is 401 with details.reason set to INVALID_SIGNATURE

The response does not detail why the signature was refused. To find your call, we need:

  • the fingerprint of the key used, 8 characters long, shown in the playground signing card
  • the value of the Signature-Input header you sent, which carries created and nonce and is not a secret
  • the method and the route with its query, exactly as sent
  • the exact body of the request

Before opening a ticket, verify the signature locally by following Request Signing. Most refusals come from a signed base that differs from the request that was sent, or from a clock more than 300 seconds off.

Never send the API secret, the access token, or the private key in a ticket, through any channel. They are not needed for diagnosis, and Conta Simples does not ask for them.
